Allyship Training
Implementing allyship training significantly improves workplace culture, with 92% of employees reporting that they are more likely to stay with a company that actively supports allyship and inclusion, according to a Deloitte study. Additionally, companies that promote allyship see a 50% increase in employee engagement, leading to higher productivity and team collaboration.
How Do We Help You?
Our Cultivating Allyship program helps people understand their own place in the world and learn more about allyship. We talk about how some systems aren’t fair for everyone and the hidden barriers that people from different backgrounds face. Participants will think about their own advantages, learn how bias keeps these unfair systems in place, and try to understand what life is like for people who don’t have the same opportunities.
